Ton Vosloo became managing director of Naspers Limited in 1984, serving as executive chairman from 1992 to 1997. He served as a journalist from 1956 to 1983 and as editor of Beeld from 1977 to 1983. Koos Bekker led the founding team of M-Net in 1985, serving as chief executive of the MIH group until 1997. He was also a founding director of MTN and MWEB. He also serves on the local organising committee for the Soccer World Cup 2010 and on the International Marketing Council. He has been chief executive of Naspers since 1997. |

He is also a director of Distell and Old Mutual, and a member of the executive and the human resources and nomination committees of Media24 and Naspers. |
