IT Governance
Information technology (IT) governance is integrated in the operations of the Naspers businesses and, for many, speciically the internet businesses, at the core of their operations. Management of each subsidiary or business unit is responsible for ensuring proper processes are rolled out on IT governance. Internal audit will provide assurance to management and the audit committee on the effectiveness of IT governance.
