During 2010 Compera nTime, our mobile value-added services operation in Brazil, acquired a competitor Yavox. The enlarged group has been renamed Movile. The business has a portfolio of products that includes SMS, ringtones, music, video, TV streaming, mobile games, mobile blogging and a user-generated content platform, addressing from low tech, text based services, to cutting edge technologies on high end devices. Having Brazil as its core market, Movile is also present in Mexico, and is expanding to other Latin-American countries.
