PROSUS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - PRESENTATION
Prosus N.V. (Prosus, and together with its subsidiaries, the Prosus Group) (which is majority-owned by Naspers), is hosting its annual general meeting (AGM), on Wednesday 20 August 2025 at 14:00.
In line with Prosus' commitment to improved disclosure and transparency, the AGM will include a presentation by Fabricio Bloisi, chief executive officer, to update shareholders on latest developments within the Prosus Group.
